3.      CLIENT OBLIGATIONS


Clients agree to:

Any delay caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information may impact delivery timelines.


4.      PROFESSIONAL RELIANCE


FYNTAX performs services based on information and documents supplied by clients. We shall not be responsible for losses, penalties, interest, assessments, or consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, false, or delayed information provided by clients.


5.      INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY


All content, branding, designs, systems, software, reports, methodologies, and materials available on the website remain the property of FYNTAX unless otherwise stated.


6.      LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


To the maximum extent permitted by law, FYNTAX shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or business losses arising from use of the website, portal, or services.
