Fyntax Bizex LLP provides professional, knowledge-based, compliance, accounting, taxation, and advisory services. Due to the nature of these services, the following Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.

1.      REFUND POLICY

All fees paid to Fyntax Bizex LLP are non-refundable once an engagement has commenced.

An engagement shall be deemed to have commenced when any of the following occurs:

• Assignment acceptance by FYNTAX. • Consultation has been conducted. • Work has been initiated by our team. • Documents have been reviewed or processed. • Compliance, registration, filing, bookkeeping, advisory, or related activities have begun.

2.      CLIENT DELAYS OR NON-COOPERATION

Failure by the client to provide documents, information, approvals, authorizations, clarifications, or responses necessary for completion of services shall not create any entitlement to a refund.

3.      CHANGE OF MIND

Refunds shall not be issued due to:

• Change of mind. • Change in business requirements. • Business closure. • Decision not to proceed with a filing, registration, or compliance activity. • Dissatisfaction arising from factors beyond the control of FYNTAX. • Delays attributable to the client, government authorities, regulatory bodies, banks, or third-party service providers.

4.      GOVERNMENT FEES AND THIRD-PARTY CHARGES

Any government fees, statutory charges, filing fees, taxes, penalties, stamp duties, professional fees, or third-party costs incurred in connection with an assignment are strictly non-refundable.

5.      CANCELLATION OF SERVICES

Clients may request cancellation of future or ongoing services by providing written notice. Cancellation of services shall not entitle the client to a refund of any fees already paid for work performed, resources allocated, or engagements commenced.

6.      EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In exceptional circumstances where an engagement has not commenced and no work has been performed, FYNTAX may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund request. Any such decision shall be final and shall not create a precedent for future cases.

7.      PAYMENT DISPUTES

Any concerns regarding invoices, payments, or charges should be communicated to FYNTAX promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to review and address genuine billing concerns.

8.      GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to payments, cancellations, or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
